River City Health, Inc. delivers strategy to improve treatment compliance and adherence, the key to better outcomes and the compression of disease.

Decision-makers must integrate emerging healthcare products and programs into complex settings with eagle-eye targeting and rapid implementation.

River City Partnership on Health, Inc. (RCPH), has been a trusted strategic partner in pharmaceutical launches, network building, and program design for many of the top pharma companies in the US.

RCPH was part of the design team for an award winning program that linked managed care, employers, and employees in positive health behavior decisions. Elevating the discussion from cost/contracting to Health and Productivity Management (HPM) delivered on relationship-building with customers, improved access, and revised formulary benefits. RCPH located the experts in HPM, drove production of the program, trained the pharma employees in consulting strategies, and delivered onsite presentations to the customer’s customers.

Another pharma company was re-launching a product, needing to enliven the market place, reframe the discussion of efficacy, and link the employer benefits designs with the formulary acceptance of the new drug. RCPH created the program that raised consumer awareness, re-positioned the product as a productivity tool, and increased the “noise” about the management of the disease.

Women’s health, beyond reproductive issues, has been effectively raised locally and nationally by RCPH. The payback for pharma? Awareness campaigns, without product mention, were funded by pharma companies, changing health attitudes and behaviors while creating dialogue for products on formulary with managed care, employer benefits personnel, and state formularies. RCPH designed the model, managed the conferences, and wrote the position paper on women’s health at the worksite —linking the stakeholders in women’s health improvement.
