River City Partnership on Health, Inc. (RCPH), has created strategies and programs that link the managed care continuum from vendors to providers to end-users.
One of the largest managed care organizations in the US engaged RCPH to manage the information surveys in its recent client advisory group meeting. Forty Fortune 100 employers provided information on needs/wants/preferences for the client through interactive technology. In addition, the objective questions led to better marketing tactics and improved customer relations. RCPH designed the survey, engaged the experts for technology, and created the strategic report that led to new ideas for better service for the client’s clients.
RCPH was hired by a provider-based managed care organization to create a marketing strategy for the new Senior Health Risk Appraisal. RCPH conducted analysis of the competitive instruments, created timeline and product pricing for the instrument, and tested the strategy with internal and external conduits. “RCPH brought the product to market in a more timely and effective manner than [the customer] would have been able to do independently.”
RCPH was engaged by one of the top 3 managed care organizations in the US to link mental health strategies with primary care providers, thereby creating more efficient synergies for managing co-morbidities. RCPH interviewed the providers, identified the gaps in providing service, linked tactics between mental and primary health providers, and provided insight into timing and training for the client.
